The Duke of Marlborough

His name was, and still is, Charles James Spencer–Churchill. His title was Marquess of Blandford; this is the customary title used by the heir to the Duke of Marlborough.

He chose to call himself Jamie Blandford. I'm not saying that this shouldn't be an acceptable answer; but "Spencer–Churchill" (with or without "Charles" or "James") was arguably more correct.
